Location

The Priestess House is located in Central Glastonbury and is only three minutes' walk from the High Street, with its myriad of shopping opportunities for those lovelies wishing to pay homage to the Goddess of Shopping.

Convenient, unmetered off street parking is available on the street outside the retreat house.

Breakfast Menu

A sumptuous organic and vegetarian breakfast is available daily on a self-serve basis from 8:00 – 9:00 am. This soul-nourishing breakfast consists of an extensive choice of fruit, cereals, breads, yogurts, fruit salad, crème fraise, juices, teas and coffee.

Meals

Meals, apart from breakfast, in the Priestess House are usually on a self-catered basis. During Goddess Retreats all meals will be included and these divine and delightful meals are created with a great deal of love and light by a very talented local lady who is well known as a priestess of culinary arts and miracles where a banquet of luscious food magically appears before your very eyes. You may never want to go home!

Rooms

Each bedroom in the Priestess House is named after a Goddess in Brigit's Isles. All rooms are warm and comfortable, with a cosy ambience and have ensuite bathrooms. Each has tea and coffee making facilities and those little touches that help you feel at home.

There is a lovely guest lounge room with sofas you can simply melt into and languish your troubles away. It has an open fireplace, which in the winter can warm you from the outside in and whose flames will dance and speak to you of precious otherworldly messages.

Garden

A sacred space for grounding spiritual energies and working with the elementals and devas. There is a rock pool water feature and garden seats scattered around where you can sit and relax or meditate.

Goddess Meditation Room

A beautiful Goddess Meditation Room is planned for the Priestess House which will be available for individual and group prayer, meditation and ceremony.

Therapeutic Treatments

Appointments are available with Koko Newport, who has 10 years' experience as a professional therapist. Treatments are available in: Reflexology, SHEN, Transformational Breathing, Soul Retrieval, Bowen, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Kinesiology, Indian Head Massage, Slavic Massage and Back Massage.

Special Goddess Retreats at the Priestess House

with Kathy Jones and Koko Newport

As well as making your own individual Goddess retreat at the Priestess House at any time of the year, we are also offering special three day/two night supervised Goddess Retreats once a month. These Goddess Retreats will give you the opportunity to deepen your personal relationship to the Goddess, and to Avalon and to pursue your own personal healing, spiritual development and creativity. They are directed by Goddess writer, healer, teacher and Priestess of Avalon, Kathy Jones, and professional healing therapist and Priestess of Avalon, Koko Newport, with the help of other priestesses.

Goddess Retreats include individual and group prayers, journeying, a personal spiritual consultation with Kathy incorporating healing, psychic reading and/or tarot, plus a personal therapeutic session of your choice with Koko Newport. On each retreat there will be opportunities to express yourself creatively using art and crafts, and to participate in a special group ceremony in Glastonbury's Goddess Temple.

Times

Each Goddess Retreat runs from 10.00am on the first morning to 4.00pm on the third day.

Fees

Fees for the Goddess Retreat include three days and two nights accommodation in shared or single rooms, all vegetarian meals, guided prayers, meditations and journeying, a personal session with Koko, a personal session with Kathy, Goddess Temple ceremony, supply of art materials and full use of the retreat facilities.

Fee for Shared accommodation £218 per person

Single Room accommodation £233 per person
